01Overview

NM9 Performance LLC respects your family's privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use nm9performance.com and the NM9 Student-Athlete Club, how we use it, and the choices you have.

02What we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as name, email and phone number (for example when you join, download the Parent Playbook or contact us).
  • Membership and purchase details, such as your plan, billing history and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
  • Athlete information you choose to share, such as sport, position, grad year, goals, tracker entries or highlight links, to personalize coaching.
  • Usage data, such as pages visited, emails opened, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

03How we use it

  • To deliver memberships, content, live sessions and member support
  • To process payments, renewals and receipts
  • To send program emails and, if you opt in, text messages
  • To personalize training plans and recruiting guidance (Elite tier)
  • To improve the site and keep the community safe

We do not sell your personal information.

04Children's privacy

Memberships are purchased and controlled by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

Parents can review, update or delete their athlete's information at any time through our contact form. See our Youth Safeguarding Policy and Parent Agreement.

05Email and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

06Who we share with

We share information only with service providers that help us run NM9, such as Stripe (payments), our website, CRM and email/SMS platform, video and community hosting, and analytics tools, and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our members.

07Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

08Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide the program, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

09Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
